This community project was to refurbish an existing storage shed in the heart of Epping Forest. This building was to become the new home of a cross country running club whose existence dates back to 1901. The conversion work involved extending, repairing and refurbishing the interior of this existing building to accommodate new showers, changing rooms, kitchen and club house facilities.
